Everything was excellent! The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, as there was a noticeable smell of new carpets. Both the hotel and the room looked fresh and well-maintained. The room was warm and clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. Ordering a transfer at the reception was very convenient—we just told them the time and went to our room to rest, without having to wait for a staff member to call, book, and confirm it. At the scheduled time, the driver was already waiting for us at the entrance. A small thing, but a nice touch! Breakfast was the same every day, which might be a downside for some, but it suited us perfectly. The location is fantastic (especially considering it's not in the city center). The metro station is not just 3–5 minutes away—it’s literally across the street from the hotel. There’s also a decent supermarket right next to it

I chose this hotel because of it's high rating, closeness to a metro station (a 30 second walk away), with the added bonus that it had a small supermarket next door, which is always handy. Our room was overlooking a very quiet courtyard at the rear of the hotel, and although the air conditioning worked well, it was nice to be able to sleep with the window open. The room was kept very clean throughout our stay and the beds were comfortable. The shower was powerful and had a good range of heat. There was a small fridge in the room, and a small coffee maker (using pods provided by the hotel). Personally I would have preferred a kettle, but the coffee maker was okay. The breakfasts were very good, with a wide range of foods available, and the staff were very attentive. The reception staff were very helpful when we made enquiries on a couple of occasions. All in all, I would rate this hotel very highly.

The room is clean, the staff is friendly. However the cleaning service/housekeeping should take care a bit more of the room. For instance, I was living in room 718, and the garbage in the toilet was still from the previous guest, and the son of those previous guest forgot the shoes the night before I arrived and both of the parents and the housekeeping did not recognize. It was a bit annoying when the previous knocked the door to ask for the shoes when I and my husband were in the sleep, and also I didn't know if there was any hotel staff went up with him and his son to assist the inconvinient case like that. In general it was a good trip

The hotel was huge and our superior room was spotlessly clean and fresh with all the amenities you may need! The bed was really comfortable with extra pillows and blankets, although you will never use it, as you can adjust the temperature. Upon arrival you will find welcome drinks and fruits. The breakfast was fabulous in buffet style with a varied selection of products for every taste and preference. The staff was absolutely friendly and always polite. We are definitely coming back to this renovated 4* hotel!

It is a large hotel with a large breakfast room with a large selection of breakfast products that can satisfy all appetites! The coffee is freshly ground, and the natural juices of oranges, apples and multivitamins are not missing! The reception staff is very professional, kind and helpful! The rooms are spacious, clean, equipped with a kettle, an espresso machine with capsules and 2 coffee pods! The bathroom is equipped with a shower, with towels and shower gel with a dispenser!
